Ad-din Sakina Medical College (ASMC) is a signature project of the Ad-din Foundation. In 2011, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH & FW) of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh accorded approval to ASMC. The college is affiliated to Rajshahi University and recognized from Bangladesh from BMDC & Nepal Medical Council.

Ad-din hospitals were established with the aim of providing affordable quality care. Ad-din's chain hospitals are now recognized as centers of excellence acclaimed for their quality and patient friendliness. The hospital is equipped with modern technology covering more than 500 bed and high patient rate.
